The Dickinson Smith Internet Response Manager for middle & senior management roles provides the following:

• On-site face-to-face briefing meeting with client;
• Recommending suitable internet recruitment sites for the particular role;
• Drafting and agreeing advertising copy;
• Placing the agreed advertisement on up to 3 recruitment sites* plus Dickinson Smith's own website;
• Sorting & managing the response, including full candidate communication;
• Accessing our own database of more than 5,000 middle & senior management candidates;
• Accessing two major online databases;
• Pre-qualifying selected candidates against the agreed specification;
• Presenting the response with recommendations for interview and a report on the response rates.

Cost: £1250 plus VAT

If a candidate is appointed as a result of this process, there will be a fee of 18% of first year's expected earnings less the original, £1250 upfront cost.

* Please note that, in most cases, the above price is inclusive of the advertising costs associated with the sites. However, should we recommend a specialist site for a particular role there might be an additional charge, which will be specified before you authorise us to proceed.

If, subsequently, you wish us to handle the job on a full assignment basis - preparation of a full brief; in-depth interviews with selected candidates; presentation of a shortlist; full candidate reports; candidate management and support in the final selection and negotiation - £1250 will be deducted from the authorisation fee on the assignment.
